Orphan Jon & the Abandoned have been invited by Johnny Main and JR Lozano of The 44’s to join them on their Midwest Summer Tour through Nebraska, Illinois, Missouri and Kansas as they perform at several top shelf Blues Clubs that many legendary Blues, Rock and Country artists have been performing at. This is a huge opportunity for OJATA to bring their own distinct style of blues to a whole new fan base and area of the states they’ve not yet toured. Tremendous appreciation for Johnny and JR on the invite and this tour looks to be a great one for all attending. The 44’s; with frontman guitarist Johnny Main and drummer JR Lozano, are already notorious for creating an atmosphere of killer swing and rockin’ greasy blues unlike any other West Coast blues bands around.  With bassist Ray Aguilar and special guest on vocals/guitar Javier Matos of The Blue Shadows, The 44’s look to light up the stage everywhere they set foot, while bringing more fans along as they blaze a trail through the Midwest. And with OJATA opening for them, this will be a tour you don’t want to miss. Check the dates and locations at our “SHOWS” page. See you soon.
