Sportsman Bar

On Friday night Sept. 25, 2015 Orphan Jon & The Abandoned had the pleasure of entertaining the crowd at the Sportsman Bar in Kernville, Ca. as part of the festivities of the weekend. At the annual festival, the bands are booked to play a 4 hour show in an up close and personal setting where the fans can mingle and enjoy themselves into the evening after that days fest is over. OJATA filled the house to capacity all night long as fans of theirs and fans of the Blues showed up to dance and party to one of the most original blues bands today. It was definitely an evening never to be forgotten, and Orphan Jon and his band The Abandoned loved every minute of it. Sportsman’s owner Gary and his girls took great care of everyone’s adult beverage needs as well as providing a safe and enjoyable atmosphere for all that were there. It was one of the highlights of the weekend. Thank you Rip Cat Records, Rip Kitty and Notorious Entertainment for the invite and opportunity to be a part of such a great event.
